By Car

From the A66, follow signs into Keswick town centre. Eskin Street is a short distance from the main high street. On-street parking is available nearby.

By Train

The nearest mainline station is Penrith. From there, regular buses run to Keswick (approx. 40 minutes).

By Bus

Keswick bus station is just a short walk from Hawcliffe House.

A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s tariff is required at the time of booking. We require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival and the room cannot be re-let, the full balance will be charged.

Full payment is due on arrival. We recommend guests obtain suitable travel insurance.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse service.
